I build it, ship it,
keep it running.
Full-stack development, DevOps automation, and AI integration under one roof. I'm Mohamed Elgheith, a backend & devops engineer based in Monastir, Tunisia.

Backend & DevOps Engineer
About
I'm an engineering student focused on backend systems, currently completing a software engineering degree at ESPRIM. I design reliable, maintainable systems with an emphasis on code quality, security, and performance, and I work across the full lifecycle: from architecture and implementation to containerized deployment and monitoring. Curious and self-directed, I also build AI-powered features into the systems I ship.

What I do
Four disciplines, one delivery. Hover a panel for the details.
Full-Stack Development
End-to-end web applications, from relational data models to interfaces people actually enjoy using.
- NestJS, Node.js, Spring Boot, Laravel
- React, Angular, Tailwind CSS
- REST API design
DevOps & Infrastructure
Automated pipelines and containerized deployments so shipping is routine, not an event.
- Docker containerization
- CI/CD with Jenkins & GitHub Actions
- Monitoring with Prometheus
AI Integration
LLM-powered features and workflow automation built into real products, not bolted on after.
- Ollama & local LLMs
- RAG pipelines
- AI workflow automation
System Architecture
Microservice and clean-architecture systems designed to stay maintainable as they grow.
- Microservices
- Clean & modular architecture
- System design
How I work
Same loop on every engagement, and it really is a loop — feedback keeps cycling back into development until it's right, not until time runs out.

KnowledgeHub
KnowledgeHub
Full-Stack & DevOps Engineer · 2026Runs ESPRIM's entire internship and final-year project pipeline, end to end.
KnowledgeHub digitizes the full internship and PFE (final-year project) process, from supervisor matching to defense day. Students, supervisors, teachers, and admins each get a workflow built for their role instead of a shared spreadsheet.
- AI matches PFE students to supervisors by subject and CV
- Document workflow: attestation, fiche d'accord, journal de stage, report
- Iterative report review with supervisor validate/reject and resubmission
- Automatic jury and rapporteur assignment ahead of defense
- Separate summer-internship flow with admin-assigned jury
- Semantic search library for published PFE reports and resources
Exam-Tracker
Exam-Tracker
Full-Stack & Computer Vision Engineer · 2026A desktop exam platform that watches every session and hands teachers a full, timestamped cheating report.
Exam-Tracker gives teachers a desktop exam platform that records every student's webcam and screen during the exam, then runs a computer-vision and vision-language pipeline to flag suspicious behavior for review.
- Flexible question types: text, QCM, or file instructions, answered as text, QCM, or file upload
- Live webcam + screen recording streamed to the backend as chunks during the exam
- CV pipeline flags phones, missing/multiple faces, black screens, and away-looking gaze
- Vision-language model describes screenshots in JSON; an LLM checks them against exam rules
- Teacher report: video with red timeline markers plus flagged screenshots with AI explanations
- MongoDB-backed job queue with per-stage checkpointing and manual retry, no lost analysis

ID4A Asset Management
ID4A Asset Management
Full-Stack Engineer · 2026Turns a mass RFID scan into a reconciled, audited state of an entire multi-site asset portfolio.
ID4A Asset Management digitalizes physical inventory for organizations running assets across multiple sites. Every asset carries one or more RFID tags; a single scan of a zone is reconciled against the system's expected state, classified by discrepancy, and — once confirmed — cascades into status updates, alerts, and a generated report.
- One scan reconciled against theoretical state in a single query, classified as found / incomplete / missing / surprise / unknown
- Composite assets (e.g. a full workstation) tracked as one instance across several RFID tags, with partial-read detection
- Confirming an inventory is one transaction: statuses update, deduplicated alerts fire, and a JSON/CSV/XLSX report is built and stored
- Full lifecycle state machine per asset — active, incomplete, lost, retired, end-of-life — driven by scan results, not manual bookkeeping
- Bulk transfers over 100 instances require re-authentication, with a per-instance entry in the audit history either way
- Specification-pattern filtering, DTO boundaries, and a Strategy-based auth pipeline built to add MAC-based terminal auth later
— and much more — small experiments, open-source work, and ongoing prototypes.
